Who we are

ATLAS LTI BV, trading as Atlas Ventures, with its registered office at Grote Markt 64/401, 3800 Sint-Truiden, Belgium, is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at [email protected] or +32 (0)11 60 40 98.

What we process

Through the contact form: your name, company, email address, phone number and message. We use these only to answer your question.

Through the investor portal: as a shareholder or prospective shareholder we process your name, contact details, the number of shares you hold, your transaction history and, where relevant, your bank account for dividend payments. We also record which documents you have opened, so we can demonstrate that mandatory information reached you.

Technical: we place only functional cookies needed to sign you in and keep your session. We use no tracking or advertising cookies and share no data with advertising networks.

Our legal basis

For the contact form: your consent. For the portal: performance of the agreement between you and Atlas Ventures as a shareholder, and our legal obligations under company and accounting law.

How long we keep it

Contact requests: two years. Shareholder data: for as long as you are a shareholder, and thereafter for the statutory retention period for corporate and accounting records.

Who we share it with

With our processors for hosting (Google Cloud, EU region) and email (Google Workspace). We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to object to processing. Send your request to [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
